SRINAGAR: Police on Friday arrested three persons from Village Malhura falling under Police Station Zainapora and recovered 31 Kgof Charas and four Kg of poppy straw from their possession. According to report, a special team of Police Station Zainapora headed by DySP Immamsahab raided four houses in Village Malhura and recovered 31 Kg of Charas and four kilograms of poppy straw. The searches were made in presence of the Magistrate. The arrested persons have been identified as Suhail Ahmad Sheikh, son of Gh Hassan, Aijaz Ahmad Malik, Gh Rasool and Gh Rasool Malik, Gh Qadir, all residents of Malhura.In this regard, cases vide FIR No. 82, 83 and 84/2016 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act and FIR No. 85/2016 under Section 15 NDPS Act were registered against the arrested persons.
