JWAM protests amnesty to stone pelters

 STATE TIMES NEWS
JAMMU: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) staged protest against the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti for releasing stone pelters and Pakistani citizens arrested in the different jails of the State under the Amnesty Scheme.
Led by President JWAM, Sunil Dimple, the activists assembled at New Plot Road and raised slogans against the government.
Dimple said that earlier also stone pelters were released under the rehabilitation scheme. He questioned how much earlier released stone pelters helped in the restoration of peace and normalcy in Kashmir Valley? He said more ISIS and Pak flags were unfurled and anti-India rallies were held after the previous release of miscreants adding police stations in Kashmir were burnt and ambushes on security personnel were increased.
Dimple mentioned that the State has already faced many serious challenges like communal tension in NIT Srinagar, National Flag burning in Dental College Jammu and after that in BGSBU Rajouri, desecration of temple in Jammu etc.
Dimple said the PDP is pro-separatists party and Mehbooba Mufti is soft on terrorists, separatists, Hurriyat leaders and have now released stone pelters to create more communal tension. He said these stone pelters receive Hawala money and are already on the pay roll of Pakistan as per security reports. This is not visible to power hungry politicians of the State due to which the State is burning for the last 26 years due to militancy, he alleged.
Dimple condemned the way in which the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti led BJP-PDP Government is working and giving invitation to revival of the militancy in the State. He said both BJP and PDP are misleading the people of the State adding that both are responsible for the militancy in the State as both are having different ideologies, which are dangerous for the unity and integrity of the State. He termed this BJP alliance with PDP as a complete “sell out of the mandate” of the people of Jammu Kashmir.
