Billawar: The rains on Sunday brought a much awaited relief from scorching heat to people of district but on the contrary it proved disastrous for a family of Tehsil Billawar.
Lightning during the rain fell on the Kaccha house of Hukam Chand resident of village Badhnota killing his 10-year old son Gulshan Kumar a student of class four who was playing in the room.
