According to the police Vikrant Sharma had submitted a written complaint before the Duty Magistrate Jammu stating therein that the complainant is a resident of Bhagwati Nagar Jammu and was one of the devotees of Vinod Kumar Gupta alias Bholla Nand Bholla Nath who was Incharge of Bapu Asaram Bhagwati Nagar Ashram in 2008-09. During this period, the complainant used to visit the Ashram daily and was having close association with Bholla Nand. In September, 2013 when Asaram was arrested, the accused started contacting the complainant on phones and few others numbers and tried to seek help from complainant for creating evidence in order to implicate Asaram Bapu. Initially the complainant was astonished to hear from Bholla Nand about his intention but gradually he came to know that he was trying to implicate Asaram Bapu in false case. The complainant then informed Narinder Singh, son of Shiv Narian Singh and others on their advise started recording the telephone conversation of Bholla Nand and in order to know the truth started posing himself to be acting on his advise. Bholla Nand first of all asked the complainant to give him the telephone number of Prajapati and asked the complainant to arrange some girls or women who can level false allegations on Asaram and identity of those girls shall not be disclosed. He also asked the complainant to help him in creating false evidence so that family members of Asaram are sent to jail. Bholla Nand appeared in news channel and stated that there were bodies of children buried in the Bhagwati Nagar Ashram of Bapu Asaram. Bholla Nand after that asked the complainant to arrange skeletons. When complainant told Bholla Nand that from where he would arrange the skeltons, Bholla Nand asked the complainant to remove the skeltons from a graveyard and bury them in Bhagwati Nagar Ashram and then Bholla Nand would come with media and show the place where the children were buried. Bholla Nand informed him that nobody had yet paid the money to him and media had also promised him the money but has not paid. Bholla Nand told that he is going out and would not allow Asaram to come out of jail and told him that he was playing a big game.
