JAMMU: The government on Monday promoted 16 Selection Grade JKAS officers to the Special Scale and 15 Special Scale JKAS officers to the Super Time Scale.
“Sanction is accorded to the promotion of 16 Selection Grade officers to the Special Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service in pay level 13 (Rs. 123100-215900), with effect from August 5, 2022,” read an order issued by Dr. Piyush Singla, Secretary, General Administration Department.
As per order, the JKAS officers who have been promoted to Special Scale include Mushtaq Ahmad, Ulfat Jabeen, Shagun Sharma, Gulzar Ahmad Bhat, Ghulam Hassan Sheikh, Namrita Dogra, Dr. Nasir Ahmad Lone, Anju Gupta, Sandesh Kumar Sharma, Showkat Ahmad Rather, Ashiq Hussain Lily, Dr. Nargis Suriya, Naseer Ahmad Wani, Shabir Hussain Keen, Malikzada Sheraz-ul-Haq and Ghulam Rasool.
Consequently, Naseer Ahmad Wani, Shabir Hussain Keen and Malikzada Sheraz-ul-Haq are designated as Special Secretaries in the respective departments.
“Sanction is accorded to the promotion of the 15 Special Scale officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service to the Super Time Scale of JKAS in pay level 14 (144200-218200) with effect from August 5, 2022,” reads an another order. As per order, the JKAS officers who have been promoted to Super Time Scale include Mohammad Harun, Jatinder Singh, Sajad Hussain Ganai, Anoo Malhotra, Nitu Gupta, Predimen Krishan Bhat, Tariq Ahmad Zargar, Bhawani Rakwal, Smita Sethi, Anuradha Gupta, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri, Raman Kumar Kesar, Bashir Ahmad Khan, Khalid Jahangir and Deepika Kumari Sharma.
Consequently, Mohammad Harun is designated as Secretary in the Tribal Affairs Department.
