SRINAGAR: The Secretary Legislative Assembly, Mohammad Ramzan on Tuesday read a message in the House according to which eleven Bills passed by both Houses of Legislature have been assented to by the Governor on 5th, 7th, 14th and 22nd of March, 2014.
These include “The Jammu and Kashmir Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2013 (L.A. Bill No. 15 of 2013)”, “The Jammu and Kashmir Underground Public Utilities (Acquisition of Rights of User in land) Bill, 2014 (L.A Bill No. 1 of 2014)”, “The Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Bill, 2014 (L.A. Bill No. 2 of 2014)”, “The Kashmir and Jammu Universities ( Amendment) Bill, 2014 (L.A. Bill No. 3 of 2014)”, “The Jammu and Kashmir Representation of the People (Amendment) Bill, 2014 (L.A. Bill Ho. 4 of 2014)”, “The Jammu and Kashmir Civil Laws (Special Provision) Bill, 2014 (L.A. Bill No 5 of 2014)”, “The Jammu and Kashmir Wildlife Protection (Amendment) Bill, 2014 (L.A.
