Mohammad Akbar Ganai, KAS, Special Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department; Rajinder Krishan Varma, KAS, Special Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department as Special Secretary, Tourism and Culture; Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu, KAS, Special Secretary, Tourism and Culture as Special Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department; Nisar Ahmad Wani, KAS, Special Secretary, Rural Development Department as Special Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department; Ali Afsar Khan, KAS, Additional Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department as Additional Secretary, Rural Development Department; Ghulam Rasool Mir, KAS, Additional Secretary, Social Welfare Department as as Additional Secretary, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department; Mohammad Ishaq Shah, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Hqr) as Additional Secretary, Revenue Department, Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, KAS, Additional Secretary, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department as Additional Secretary, Social Welfare Department; Shakeel-ur-Rehman Rather, KAS, Special Secretary, Finance Department, has been posted as Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission, against an available vacancy while Mohammad Saleem Shishgar, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been transferred and posted as Vice-Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority, against an available vacancy.
