SRINAGAR: A fire broke out on Monday in a locality in Dalgate area here, engulfing at least ten houses, Fire and Emergency Services officials said. The fire broke out in a house in Buchwara area of Dalgate this morning and quickly spread to adjoining houses, he said. Meanwhile, a body was recovered from the debris of a house which was devastated in a fire incident here at Dalgate.
