SRINAGAR: The Cabinet which met here on Monday, under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed approved the draft amendment Ordinance for amending sub section (3) of section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Legal Services Authorities Act, 1997.
The proposed amendment provides for appointment of a judicial officer as Member-Secretary of the State Legal Services Authority.
