JAMMU: Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Dr. Pawan Kotwal on Thursday chaired a meeting regarding Air Force Sports Mela to be held on 22nd March at MA Stadium Jammu.
Representatives from Air Force informed the Divisional Commissioner that this Sports Mela would be the first one organised in Jammu. It shall be a grand event with major attractions such as Para jumping by ‘Akash Ganga’ Air Force Sky Diving Team, Aero modeling display, drill display by Air Warriors, Symphony Orchestra, fly past by IAF helicopters, static display of special equipment by Guard Commandos, aero models, publicity stall, ‘Akash Ganga’, etc. They also informed that there would be free entry for the general public at the venue.
