A ground breaking collaboration aimed at advancing healthcare and medical research, the Founder Executive Director and CEO, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Jammu, Prof. (Dr.) Shakti Kumar Gupta and the Vice Chancellor of prestigious JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research in Mysuru, Prof. (Dr) Surinder Singh have officially inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today on this 25th day of September 2023.
This strategic partnership brings together two formidable institutions, uniting their expertise in healthcare, education, and research. The signing of this MoU signals a commitment to fostering innovation, knowledge exchange, and the pursuit of excellence in medical sciences. Together, AIIMS Jammu and JSS Mysuru are poised to make significant strides in healthcare delivery, medical education, and groundbreaking research, ultimately benefitting patients and the medical community at large.
This MoU is intended to outline the general framework for collaboration between the Parties. The initial goal of this collaboration is to establish working relationship and sharing of information, as well as the intent of the Parties to conduct co-operative activities to establish and promote a mutually beneficial relationship.
