AIBCU seeks clarification of ‘Good Governance & Development’ from BJP

JAMMU: A meeting of All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) was held under its President Abdul Majid Malik and discussed the BJP’s agenda of ‘Development and Good Governance with six years of Stable Government’.
The participants expressed concern over the statements of National BJP General Secretary (Org.) Ram Lal who spoke of ‘Development and Good Governance’ and came to the conclusion that this BJP agenda without public problems and social justice is nothing but a lust of power.
“Before elections BJP raised public agenda of social justice for which State OBCs have been suffering since 1992 after Apex Court’s Judgment on Mandal Report but now it is only playing politics in the name of migrants and displaced persons and a big chunk of State population called OBCs are being ignored,” they added.
Malik said the new recruitment policy of BJP and PDP is a step towards slaughtering policy which compels the highly qualified youth to live a life of starvation.
He asked the Centre and State BJP leadership to clear the meaning of “Good Governance and Development”.
Among those who spoke in the meeting include Arfan Panchi, K.D Betab, Gulam Rasood Najar, Sandokh Chand, Bodh Raj, Master Sai-ud-Din, Puran Chargotra, Aamesh Tally, Brij Mehra, Deepak Panday and Prof. Kali Dass.
