JAMMU: Ashutosh Gupta, Convenor BJP Transport Cell, J&K, on Monday lauded the role played by Yudhvir Sethi, J&K BJP Vice President for resolving the issue being faced by the transporters amicably by taking up the matter with the District Administration.
Addressing media persons here, Ashutosh Gupta informed that the District Administration has issued some restrictions on the parking of buses in the BC Road area and the transporters have accepted the direction issued by the authority. But suddenly the authorities have denied the transporters to run their business smoothly on the BC Road.
He the transporters have approached Yudhvir Sethi, highlighting the issues they were facing due to unnecessary restrictions imposed by officials of the District Administration. These restrictions were significantly impacting their travel-related businesses.
Upon receiving this issue, Yudhvir Sethi immediately took up with Deputy Commissioner Jammu and effectively resolved the issue in a collaborative manner. His proactive intervention led to the amicable resolution of the matter, alleviating the burdens faced by the traders.
