JAMMU: Mukesh Singh, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Jammu Zone on Wednesday honoured Summara Shakeel who is a tribal girl from Kathua and secured 99.2% marks in 10th Class examination.
Summara achieved this despite hardships and difficulties faced by her on a personal front.
Singh wished her all the success in future endeavors and to see her fulfill her dreams of becoming a doctor. A Cash reward of Rs. 10,000 was also given to the said girl to encourage and boost her morale.
