NOWSHERA : Adequate arrangements have been made by the Nowshera administration and police for peaceful conduct of polling in Nowshera, Sunderbani and Kalakote by deploying sufficient police force in the constituency. This was disclosed by SDPO Nowshera Sargul Shukla, while interacting with press.
She said that under the directions of SDM Nowshera and Returning Officer Depti Uppal additional Nakas have been established and required checking is being carried out to ensure that no cash or kind is used by the candidates to lure or mislead the voters. She said that patrolling has also been increased at many points to ensure safety and security of the people.
She also imparted awareness among the masses to inform the police in case any assistance is required.
