STATE TIMES NEWS
JAMMU: Private Schools Association (PSA) on Saturday expressed its resentment over pending cases of recognisation and approval of management committees of Middle Standard in Directorate Office for want of NoCs from Municipal Corporation and other departments.
Chairing a meeting held to discuss the emergent situation, President PSA, Kamal Gupta said that maximum cases recommended by the concerned CEOs are pending for disposal.
Gupta said that there is no problem in getting recognition from CEOs, 9th to 12th class affiliation from Board and recognition from Commissioner Secretary but the matter becomes difficult at Directorate level concerning cases of middle standard.
The Association appealed to the Education Minister to intervene into the matter and resolve the grievances of private schools. Others who spoke in the meeting include Sanjeev Luthra and Lal Chand District President of Urban and Rural areas.
