JAMMU: Acting Chief Justice R. Sudhakar with an intent to make judiciary more responsive towards needs of public in the legal disputes pending in courts and ensure quick and speedy solution to the disputes of litigants has decided to prepare a roadmap to ensure that courts are geared up and equipped with latest technology and information for early disposal of pending cases.
Keeping in view the aspirations of the litigants and public, High Court has come up with strategy to make regular inspections of the District Courts by the High Court Judges. Sources further said that these inspections would go a long way to guide the judges of the Subordinate Courts to ensure that law applied in right manner to ensure a fair decision of the cases. At the same time, these inspections would be ensuring that guidance is given to the judges for corrective measures of the disposal of the cases.
High Court is also going to implement an action plan which would not only guide the Subordinate Courts for quick disposal of cases but also ensure that courts dispose of the cases in accordance with settled law. The goal of the High Court is to ensure that the litigation is brought to an end at the earliest in accordance with law.
