POONCH: Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarti Parishad (ABVP) on Sunday constituted its unit of Government Boys Higher Secondary School (GBHSS) Poonch.
Aman Sudan and Aman Sharma were nominated as President and Secretary respectively while Karan Kumar and Rakesh Sudan as Vice Presidents, Rakshit Sharma and Ankit Sudan Joint Secretaries, Manik, Arjun, Rahul, Tussar and Manik Bali were nominated as Executive Member.
Congratulating the newly elected office bearers, ABVP City Secretary Amit Gupta, Enikashi Kapoor and Sorab Sharma said that at present India is facing lots of problems including corruption which needs to be eradicated at the earliest.
They said youth has to play an important role for making corruption free India.
Amit further disclosed that ABVP has launched Women Security Awareness Programme in all over India.
Abishek Dutta, Tejshwani Johar, Sunil Kumar and Munish Bharti, who were also present, made aware the new members about various issues and problems faced by students.
