JAMMU: Police on Monday arrested one absconder who was arrest since long.
According to report, one Mohammad Hanief, son of Nazir Ahmed, resident of Thathi Majeen, Tehsil Jammu, was involved in case FIR No 65/2009 under Sections 279, 337 and 338 RPC of Police Station Nagrota and was evading his arrest since long. Today, police produced him in the Court of law.
The Court has already issued warrant under Section 512 CrPC against the aforesaid absconder.
