RAMSOO: Police on Wednesday arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the past 16 years.
According to a report, acting on specific information, a team from Ramsoo Police Station led by SHO Inspector Nazir Ahmed Dar under the supervision of SDPO Banihal Mohd Rafiq and SSP Ramban Randeep Kumar conducted a raid and arrested an absconder, who was evading
his arrest since1999.
The accused has been identified as Makhna son of Sain alias Mian Bakerwal resident of Arnas Reasi at present staying at Mohu Banihal.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR number 119/1999 under Section 379/RPC Act with Police Station Ramsoo.
