JAMMU: The live streaming of the launch of government’s flagship Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) SEHAT scheme by Prime Minister Narendra Modi was today held at Sub-District Hospital Kot-Bhalwal.
The programme was inaugurated in the presence of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Pawan Kotwal and Block Medical Officer, Kot-Bhalwal Dr. Sushma Mattoo.
Live telecast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech was shown to the gathering of more than 300 people of Block Kot-Bhalwal.
Chief Guests of the occasion was Kuldeep Raj, BDC Chairman Bhalwal and Shagufta Begum BDC Chairman, Mathwar.
Tehsildar Bhalwal Amit Upadhya, Tehsildar North Jai Singh, CDPO Mohd Naseeb, Zonal Education Officer Susheela Sharma, Station House Officer, Mahesh Sharma were also present on the occasion.
Block Medical Officer, Kot-Bhalwal and Sub-Divisional Magistrate gave detailed overview of the “SEHAT” Scheme. 100 Golden Cards were given to the beneficiaries under the SEHAT scheme.
