Retired CRPF officer wins three medals in 18th Athletics C’ship

JAMMU: It is true that if a man has courage, then age is no hurdle to fulfill his dreams. Munshi Ram Shekhawat, 67, (Retd.) Second-In-Command of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), has won three medals in 65 years category which include gold in 4X400 mtrs relay, silver in 4X100 mtrs and bronze in 300 mtrs hurdles in the recently held Master’s Athletics Championship in Japan.
Munshi Ram Shekhawat, retired from CRPF in 2004, with his exploits he has proved that age is what you feel about yourself and no age is old enough for a man who is young at heart. He has made the nation proud.
