Jamia Zia Ul Uloom dispatches second relief consignment
POONCH: Keeping its promise of helping the affected people at large and reaching out to the last victim of the flood, Jamia Zia Ul Uloom has dispatched its second consignment for Valley, particularly for the three badly affected villages of Kulgam and one village of Anantnag. The consignment contains 20 quintals rice, two quintals sugar beside oil, chilli powder, ginger, salt and other essential commodities.
The consignment was dispatched by Mohtamim Jamia Hazrat Maulana Ghulam Qadir Sb in presence of Maulana Sayeed A.Habib and Maulana Aslam who is also accompanying the relief material to the Valley.
While speaking on the occasion, Maulana said that, it is the second consignment for Valley and overall, Jamia has conducted nine relief camps in twin border districts of Rajouri and Poonch.
On the other hand, Maulana Sayeed A Habib is himself monitoring the whole relief work and also said that, with in next two days, Jamia is going to organise a relief camp simultaneously at village Fatehpur and Loran.
Just to mention here that, Jamia is actively working in the socio-economic development of the people for the last fifteen years in this region.
Lastly, Maulana also said that we are committed for the complete rehabilitation of the displaced people besides providing them temporary relief.
Maulana also appealed to the whole humanity that, within next one and half months, winter season will start and people who are badly affected already, will have to suffer more, if proper arrangements are not made well in time.
Maulana also requested well off people to come forward and help the needy people at large.
