POUNI : Ex-Minister and senior leader of National Conference (NC) Jagjivan Lal on Monday visited Bhamla, Gijore and Bharakh of district Reasi and interacted with the victims of incessant rains and flash flood. The NC leader was accompanied by his party workers Rajeev Kumar, Anil Kumar, Sudesh, Govind Ram and others.
During interaction the visiting leader was informed that the relief material was distributed among the selective and influential people and not to the victims whose houses were damaged or collapsed. They also complained that the teams of Revenue Department which were directed to visit each and every damaged house, have not done so , so far.
He assured the people that he would take up the case with DDC Reasi.
