POONCH: A 12 years old boy identified as Ghulam Ullah son of Ghulam Nabi originally resident of village Kalai and at present Mohalla Shanker Nagar, Poonch drowned in Poonch river on Sunday while taking bath. He was soon taken out from the water and shifted to District Hospital Poonch by SHO Poonch Ramesh Akram, where the doctors declared him as brought dead.
