RAMBAN: Kingfisher Eleven Cricket Club from Sunari, Ramban lifted the Ramban Premier League T-20 Cricket Tournament trophy, organized by Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under Delta Force at Police Parade Ground, here on Friday.
In the final, Kingfisher Eleven Cricket Club outplayed Hydro Power Cricket Club by three wickets.
Batting first after winning the toss, Hydro Power Cricket Club scored 173 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 20 overs.
In reply, Kingfisher Eleven scored a stunning 176 runs in 19.3 overs for the loss of seven wickets, thus winning the match by three wickets.
Winners received a cash prize of Rs 25,000 alongwith trophy and the runners up got a cash prize of Rs 10,000 alongwith the trophy.
Earlier, Kingfisher Eleven Cricket Club and Hydro Power Cricket Club defeated Chandrog Cricket Club and Akhyar Memorial Cricket Club respectively in semifinals.
A total of 24 teams participated in the tournament.
In an another T-20 tournament organized by Rashtriya Rifles at Bhadarwah under Delta Force organised in collaboration with Chenab Valley Unit, Youth Club Bhadarwah defeated Choudhary Club Bhadarwah by three wickets in the final at lifted the trophy.
The winner and runner-up teams were felicitated with trophies and medals by Tehsildar Bhadarwah and SHO Bhadarwah.
