JAMMU: Kashmir Female Multipurpose Health Workers Association (FMHWA) warned State Government to release their salary before 12th June, 2015 otherwise all FMPHWs from whole Jammu Province will hold protest in favour of their demands in Madam Shashi Bala Memorial Park in Directorate of Health Services Complex Jammu.
Secretary General of the Association, Neelam Kumari and President JKMEF, Sushil Sudan, while deliberating upon the issue of non drawal of salary of FMPHWs working under 2211-Family Welfare for the last more than 16-18 months besides permanent solution to 2211 Head, were critical that despite meeting with the Minister for Health, Medical Education, ARI and Trainings, Ch. Lal Singh twice who had assured the deputation that their salary will be released within 10 days but no fruitful result has come out so far .
Others present were Vinod Kumar, Kamla Devi, Kanta Kumari, Sudesh Kumari, Shukuntal Devi, Sarso Devi, Bimla Devi, Champa Devi, Rekha Rani, Archana Gupta, Soma Devi, Raj Kumari, Pushpinder Kour, Lalita Bhan, Kamlesh Devi, Nirmal Kour, Sapna and Kavita Kumari.
