KHARAKYAL : In view of the mass scale violations of traffic rules by the vehicle operators thereby increasing the number of road mishaps, the SSP Reasi Vivek Gupta issued directions for holding police Nakas and exercising proper check against such violations.
Accordingly a police Naka was put in place at Panthel by Incharge Police Post Kharakyal Ranjit Singh under the supervision of Adl SP Katra Kulveer Singh, SDPO Rawail Singh and SHO Katra Sanjeev Gupta. The police during this Naka challaned 20 vehicles for overloading, driving two wheeler without helmet, driving without driving license etc. The police also seized one motorcycle for driving without documents.
