POONCH: Refuting the information given in the news item published in Urdu Daily Udaan, the Education Department has clarified that 75 vacancies of teachers were available in Zone Mankote and as such a large number of candidates belonging to Poonch area and Mendhar area were adjusted in the zone whereas no candidate belonging to Zone Mankote has been adjusted in Zone Balakote.
It is further clarified that in HSS Dhargloon one teacher was temporarily adjusted on the recommendations of the principal concerned as the school was under staff having three vacancies of teachers and one vacancy of Master lying vacant. In High School Chijjla one teacher was adjusted in the institution on clear vacancy created due to transfer. In PS Bara Narisalwah one teacher was temporarily adjusted as only one teacher is working in the said school since long as the appointment of second teacher has been pending in the High Court of J and K.
Hence the report published is not based on the facts and is hereby denied, the Dept mentioned
