NEW DELHI: Jammu and Kashmir BJP spokesperson Zorawar Singh Jamwal met the Party’s National General Secretary and J&K in-charge, Tarun Chugh, to discuss strengthening the organisation and enhancing public outreach in the Union Territory.

Zorawar briefed Tarun Chugh on ongoing political activities, district-level initiatives, and public response to various organisational programmes. He emphasised energising booth-level teams, improving coordination among district and mandal units, and addressing local issues effectively.
A major focus was the implementation of government welfare schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, PM Awas Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, PM Kisan, Ujjwala Yojana, and PM Mudra Yojana, ensuring benefits reach all eligible sections. Zorawar highlighted the need for structured awareness campaigns, especially in rural and remote areas, targeting youth, women, farmers, and self-help groups.
Tarun Chugh appreciated the feedback and urged continuous grassroots engagement, strengthening field presence, and expanding outreach activities to deepen public connect and grow the party’s base in J&K.
