Dear Editor,
India has come a long way in convincing the rest of the world that it has a constructive agenda of using nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. The agreements signed with important nations are proof of this. Politically also Australia has come to realise the importance of having India as part of a coalition to counter the growing ambitions of China. With Japan joining the grouping, a comprehensive and viable strategic partnership of right-thinking countries to ensure peace, stability and prosperity in Asia and the world at large is bound to be reinforced.
