Principal JK Public School Kunjwani Rajesh Rathore and students addressing morning assembly on Thursday.

Making the audience brood over the topic, Aarohi pitched in stating, “The phrase ‘No pain No gain’ highlights the importance of obstacles, challenges and hardships in our life. Nothing in the world comes easily. We must pave our way to success, completing all the challenges of our like. Just like how gold is purified by fire. Similarly, these obstacles show our true worth to everyone”.
Mannat generated more heat on the stage while fuelling it further, “Everyone wants happiness and nobody wants pain, but you can’t have a rainbow without a little rain. It is clear that the path of any significant accomplishment is rarely smooth; it is paved with dedication, overcoming obstacles and learning from setbacks”.
“The idea no pain no gain suggests that one must endure difficulties and challenges to reach one’s goal. Pain whether physical or mental helps us grow stronger – without efforts and sacrifice progress is impossible. Struggle today bring strength and success tomorrow.
Never give up and always remember that where there is no pain, there also is no gain”, Paridhi concluded.
Adrees Ahmed presented an insightful poem on the topic:
If you want to climb up high,
You must first reach for the sky
Hard work, sweat & may be rain,
But always remember :
No pain, no gain !
If you stumble, don’t you stop,
Keep on going, reach the top.
Every step, though it may strain,
Builds your strength :
No pain, no gain !
Dreams are not made by wishing true,
They come to life when work you do.
So, don’t give up, don’t complain
Winners know :
No pain, no gain !
Under the segment Quotations, Pradyot quoted Luis B Smedes, “There is no elevator to success, you need to take the straircase”. Manik referred toThomas Edison, “There is no substitute for hard work”. Zakariya quoted Thomas Fuller, “One that would have the fruit must climb on the tree”. Yashika referred to Caroline Myss, “Follow your pain as if it is a candle in dark, leading you to place of decisions”.
Appreciating the presenters of the morning assembly for equipping the audience, Principal JKPS Kunjwani Rajesh Rathore stated, “Dear students, let us carry with us the timeless truth-no pain, no gain. Growth never comes from comfort zones; it is carved through effort, perseverance, and a willingness to embrace challenges. Whether it’s academics, sports, or life itself, remember-each drop of sweat, each moment of struggle, adds value to your journey”.
Hence, don’t fear failure or hard work. Embrace it, because every effort you make today is an investment in the success of your tomorrow. Always remember: Comfort zone never crestes a Champion”.
