JAMMU: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Poonch has ordered the attachment of Naveed Ahmed, Patwari of Patwar Halqa Shindara in Tehsil Haveli, pending an inquiry into alleged misconduct.
“Pending enquiry into the misconduct, Naveed Ahmed, Patwari, PH Shindara Tehsil Haveli, is attached in the office of Tehsildar Haveli, with immediate effect,” reads an order issued by Tahir Mustafa Malik, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Poonch.
Consequently, it is ordered that Azhar Majid, JKAS, Tehsildar Haveli, has been appointed as Inquiry Officer to conduct enquiry into the misconduct.
“The Inquiry Officer shall submit its report along with recommendations to this office, within a period of 10 days from the date of issuance of this order,” it stated.
“Zulfqar Ahmed, Patwari Village Seri Chowana, shall hold the charge of Patwar Halqa Shindara, Tehsil Haveli, in addition to his own duties till further order,” read an order.
