JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday nominated all Additional Deputy Commissioners (ADCs) as District Officers under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
“Additional Deputy Commissioners are nominated as District Officers, in their respective Districts, for exercising powers and discharging functions under section-5 of Chapter-III of Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013,” read an order issued by M Raju, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department.
