JAMMU: Little toddlers of Class Pre-nursery of J K Public School (JKPS) Panjtirthi celebrated Green Day with much enthusiasm.
Being the prime colour, Green is also the colour of life, Nature, growth and prosperity.
The Green Day celebration was a beautiful blend of learning, creativity, and fun. The event helped them to identify the color green, develop fine motor skills through art and sensory play, and most importantly, create a positive learning experience.
To reinforce the significance and concept of green colour, teachers as well as the tiny tots were dressed up in green attire.
The little angels added melody and cheer to the celebration with action songs and dances.
The Principal of JKPS Panjtirthi, Suman Banbah expressed, “It goes without saying that the active involvement of the children with 2 plus of age in this colourful activity has infused in them vigor, vitality and freshness. The shades of green filled the air with freshness, thrill, ecstasy and bliss. It also prompted them to think how green colour energizes and revitalizes our lives. It was indeed an invigorating, reviving and rejuvenating experience….!!”
The Principal awarded the children who performed brilliantly and besides that each participant was awarded with beautiful gifts.
