JAMMU: An 18-member squad of Hockey Jammu and Kashmir, led by Harpreet Singh embarked on their journey to Chandigarh to take on the 14th Hockey India Sub Junior Men National Championship, scheduled to commence from tomorrow.
The team was flagged off by Hockey J&K officials amidst best wishes, a handout issued by the Hockey J&K said on Sunday.
Along with support staff including Sukhwinder Pal Singh (Coach), Sukhpreet Singh (manager) and Gurikpal Singh (assistant coach, the team left for the venue today.
The Team: Harpreet singh (Captain), Gurpreet Singh, Harshdeep Singh, Tanishdeep Singh, Prabal Sharma, Jaspreet Singh, Adhiraj Singh Andotra, Harmandeep Singh, Pratham Singh Andotra, Prabjot Singh, Amanjot Singh, Rajveer Singh, Amandeep Singh, Gunpreet Singh, Zakir Ahmad Dar, Tanishpal Singh, Jaspreet Singh (goal-keeper), Jiteen Sharma (goal-keeper).
