Deepfakes, AI-generated fake news, and manipulated media can deceive and mislead people, potentially undermining informed decision-making. Addressing this issue involves developing technologies to detect and counteract misinformation and implementing policies to regulate the ethical use of AI in media and communication. As AI technology advances, there are concerns about the long-term implications of creating super intelligent systems that could surpass human control. Ensuring that AI developments align with human values and interests is crucial for preventing unintended consequences.
