Assembly elections: Randhawa asks people to vote for change, prosperity over dynastic politics

JAMMU: Former Legislator and senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Vikram Randhawa called the forthcoming assembly elections in J&K as “a movement for the people” as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) continues its efforts to redefine the future of Jammu and Kashmir.
He made these remarks during Public Outreach Programme in Qasim Nagar area of Ward Number 47 in Bahu Assembly segment.
The people assured their full support to the BJP in the forthcoming Assembly elections.
“We want you (Randhawa) to contest the elections from Bahu Assembly Segment as you are the leader of masses”, the people said and urged the party High Command to give mandate to Vikram Randhawa from Bahu Assembly Segment.
“Leader of masses Vikram Randhawa reaches out to us whenever called. He always listen to our issues and get them resolved by taking up with the concerned authorities. Many so called leaders are making efforts to take credits of the works done by Randhawa, but we know who are with us and who are just trying to befool us”, the people said.
“As we look at the present political landscape in Jammu and Kashmir, we are eager to see our favorite leader Vikram Randhawa in action. Randhawa is our beacons of hope”, they said.
“We strongly believe that Randhawa is the ideal candidate to represent the Bahu assembly segment. His leadership, vision, and dedication to the people make him the perfect fit”, the people said and requested the party high command to grant the mandate to Randhawa from Bahu Constituency. We are confident that his victory will be a resounding one, they stated.
“If the Bharatiya Janata Party fields any other candidate from Bahu Constituency, we fear that the party may lose the assembly seat”, the people said.
In his speech, Former Legislator emphasized that this election is the first after the historic abrogation of Article 370, signaling a new era for the people of J&K.
He remarked that the world’s eyes are on J&K now, as India demonstrates how peace, development, and democracy are taking root in the region.
He urged voters not to see this election as a mere political contest but as a crucial step in securing the rights and futures of all people in J&K.
He called on voters to put aside divisions of caste, creed, and religion and unite for a future that prioritizes development and stability.
He asked the people to vote for change and prosperity over the dynastic politics that have defined the region for decades.
