JAMMU: A total of 70 body builders and best Physique competitors took part in the weighing conducted by Body Builders Association Jammu and Kashmir (BBAJK) at International Gym Rehari, here on Sunday.
They are competing in the 23rd Mr. J and K and Fitness Championship 2024 in men, women and masters categories’ to be held on February 24 at A V Resort, Sainik Colony here.
BBAJK is going to conduct selection trial to pick up the team for 23rd Mr. India Championship 2024 to be held at Ludhiana from March 16 to 17.
The Body builders have been advised to take part in the selection trial to be held at A V Resort, Sainik Colony, Jammu on February 24.
The weighing on today was conducted under the supervision of Rajesh Dutta, BBAJK.
“The BBAJK is conducted District and State Championship every year to encourage the youth of J and K for maintaining good health and shun the path of bad habits and avoid drugs use natural means and diet for improving health under expert coach and trainers,” he said.
Others present were Arun Kumar Sharma, Vinay Sharma, Sanjay Bali, Naresh Gupta, Noor Mohd. (Principal Doon kids school) Vimaljit, Mohd Javed, Yasvinder Bali and Ajit Singh.
