JAMMU: The Government of India has promoted two Indian Information Service (IIS) Officers from Jammu and Kashmir, Neha Jalali and Ghulam Abbas to Junior Administrative Grade (Director Rank).
“Neha Jalali, Joint Director DPD Delhi and Ghulam Abbas, Head Central Bureau of Communication J&K and Ladakh Regional Office Jammu/PIB Jammu among 30 Junior Administrative Grade officers (Joint Directors) of Indian Information Service Group ‘A’, promoted to the Junior Administrative Grade (Directors) (Non- Functional Selection Grade) of the service in pay level 13 of New Pay Matrix of 7th CPC,” reads an order.
