JKPS Kunjwani shines in 61st National Roller Skating, Jammu Open Taekwondo C’ships

JAMMU: In the 61st National Roller Skating Championship-2023 held at Chandigarh from December 11 to 25, 2023, Momin Tahir of JK Public School Kunjwani won gold medal in Roller Hockey, bringing laurels to the school.
In the Jammu Open Taekwondo Championship held at Indoor Stadium, Bhagwati Nagar Jammu, JK Public School won two Gold, two Silver and 10 Bronze Medals. The School has also been conferred with Best Sports Spirit Award.
The winners include Aadrit Singh (Gold), Harkeerat Kour (Gold), Arnav Chaudhary (Silver), Shivain Raina (Silver), Arnav Sharma, Arhan Mahajan, Ashi Sharma, Jasmine Kour, Raghav Mahajan, Ravneet Singh, Aarav Verma, Ayan Mahajan, Namanpreet Singh Bali and Shivam Sharma won Bronze Medal each.
Director JK Educational Society, Shashi Chaudhary and Principal Rajesh Rathore congratulated the winners and felicitated them in the school assembly.
They lauded the Skating Coach Varun Anand, Taekwondo Coach Pawan Kumar and HOD (Sports) Subash Chander for training and preparing the students for the competitions.
