JAMMU: A meeting of J&K Lower Grade Employees Union (JKLGEU), Civil Secretariat, was held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of its President Maqbool Hussain, to express joy and gratitude to the Lieutenant Governor, J&K, Chief Secretary, J&K and Administrative Secretary Finance and General Administration Department for release of 4 per cent DA with effect from July 1, 2023 in favour of employees.
The Union, while extending gratitude, also decided to appeal to the Lieutenant Governor, J&K, Chief Secretary J&K and Principal Secretary to Finance Department, J&K for their intervention for release of pending GP Fund cases in favour of employees, as the delay has caused immense hardships to the employees.
