JAMMU: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Sanjay Parihar on Monday after hearing Adv Rajesh Kotwal for the Choudhary Lal Singh whereas Special PP Ashwani Khajuria for the ED, reserved the order on bail plea of former Minister and Dogra Swabhiman Sangathan Party (DSSP) Supremo Choudhary Lal Singh. It is worthwhile to mention that Choudhary Lal Singh was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on November 7, 2023 and ED took two time police remand and then on November 14, Lal Singh was sent to Judicial Remand who is presently lodged in District Jail Jammu.
