JAMMU: The government on Thursday promoted five Inspectors (Telecom) as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySPs) .
“Sanction is accorded to the regularization/promotion of the five Inspectors (Telecom)/I/c Deputy Superintendent of Police (Telecom) as Deputy Superintendent of Police (Telecom), Level-8 (47600-151100) in the Pay Matrix,” reads an order issued by Raj Kumar Goyal, Financial Commissioner/Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department. As per order, those promoted include Farooq Ahmad Lone, Saleem Mohammad, Riyaz Mehmood Masoodi, Surinder Paul and Vijay Kumar.
“Sanction is to the promotion of the six Inspectors (Ministerial) as Deputy Superintendent of Police (Ministerial) -Administrative Officer, Level-8 (47600-151100) in the Pay Matrix, with immediate effect,” reads another order.
The promottees include Mohammad Yousuf, Kewal Kumar, Mohammad Yaseen, Abdul Gani Kuchay, Fayaz Ahmed and Narrinder Singh.
