Vide Government Order No. 1268-GAD of 2003 dated 26.09.2003, read with Government Order No. 50-JK(GAD) of 2020 dated 09.01.2020, the procedure for conferment of “J&K Government Awards” in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir has been notified. The ‘J&K Government Award’ shall be conferred for excellence in any of the following fields on the eve of Republic Day, every year, read order below.
