Sapna Kotwal reviews overall development of Pahari Hostel Baramulla

BARAMULLA: In order to take a firsthand appraisal of the basic facilities being provided to the students at Pahari Hostel Baramulla, Secretary J&K Advisory Board for the Development of Pahari Speaking People (PSP), Sapna Kotwal on Wednesday visited Baramulla and held a comprehensive review of the functioning of Hostel besides held an interaction with the students and staff.
The Secretary was accompanied by District Social Welfare Officer Baramulla, Sajad Ahmad Bhat and other functionaries of concerned departments. During her visit, the Secretary directed the staff to ensure proper cleanliness and better infrastructure for the convenience of students. The Secretary also held an interaction with the residing students during which she reiterated her commitment for providing of every possible facility. Later, the Secretary also chaired a meeting to review the status of various upcoming projects meant for the overall development of the Hostel. The Secretary also directed the wardens to remain vigilant on the issues of drug abuse to ensure that the residents stay away from any kind of drug.
