Directorate of Ayush holds awarenessprogramme under Health and Wellness events

JAMMU: Two-day awareness programme under Health and Wellness events Azadi Ka Amrit Mhotsava organised by Directorate of Ayush under the guidance of Dr Mohan Singh Director AYUSH, District Ayush Officer Dr Vandana Dogra in the premises of Trikuta Group of Colleges where students of Trikuta Degree College, Sain Charitable Institute of Paramedical Sciences and Jammu College of Physiotherapy participated.
Dr Sakshi Sharma, Medical Officer and Dr Sukhpreet Kaur spoke about home remedies and made the students and staff aware about benefits of home remedies and their efficacies and promoted Ayurveda way of life. Sunita Magotra, Principal Trikuta Degree College, Sain Charitable Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Akanksha Madhok appreciated the efforts of Director Ayush in promoting health and wellness.
