Efforts of Jammu artists acting as boon in promoting Dogri language, culture: Zorawar

JAMMU: Dogri Makheer Mitthi (DMM), Youtube Channel on Friday released Dogri video DJ song “Rabb Bana Di Jodi” in a function at Press Club Jammu.
Chairman, Team Jammu and BJP leader Zorawar Singh Jamwal who was the Chief Guest of the occasion formally released Dogri Album.
Famous singers Suraj Singh, Jeevan Sharma and noted music director, Brij Mohan were Guests of Honour on occasion.
Mohinder Panchairvi is the producer, singer, and lyricist of the video song while Zulikha Farid is co-singer besides music of song given by music Director Bunty Shah and video directed by RJ Rajput. Sheetal Rakwal and Nitish played the role of models in the Dogri album. Mohinder Panchairvi gave a brief resume account of the video song. He informed that a new concept has been brought to promote Dogri language through the song. The video song was choreographed by Kranti Rajput.
Zorawar Singh appreciated the working of young artists of Jammu, which is acting as a great boon in promoting Dogri language and culture not just in Jammu and Kashmir but in neighboring states like Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and New Delhi.
He informed the gathering that every volunteer of Team Jammu is under oath to promote mother tongue Dogri, Art, Culture and Folk.
Jamwal said that such programs and project develops a sense of appreciation to further enrich Dogra Culture amongst the younger generation.
He also lauded the efforts of the organizers for such kind of events which are aimed to bring up the morale of budding artists that would contribute to shaping the future of the society in a better way.
Among others present on the occasion included Sonali Dogra, Asha Kesar, Chairman Bhartiya Lok Sangeet, M.L Dogra, actor Tarun Sharma and young writer Kirti Thakur.
