Under-transfer police personnel asked to be relieved by May 29 or face action

JAMMU: The DGP J&K directs that all police personnel who are under orders of transfer/ adjustment/detachment/attachment shall be relieved by or before May 29 or ready to face action.
“All the police personnel who are under orders of transfer / adjustment/ detachment/ attachment in terms of various PHQ orders and have not been relieved to their new places of postings to date, shall be relieved by or before May 29, 2023 failing which departmental action will be taken against the supervisory officers/relieving authorities,” reads a message issued to all DDOs of Police department. “Their relieving orders along with departure reports be shared with PHQ,” it added.
