JAMMU: A minor fire broke out on the first floor of under-construction building of AIIMS Jammu at Vijaypur in district Samba on Sunday.
Executive Director and CEO AIIMS Jammu, Dr Shakti Gupta informed that a minor fire broke out on first floor of OPD Block in the under-construction building of AIIMS Vijaypur.
He added that Air Conditioning work was going on and the AC material caught fire.
“Fire tenders reached on the spot in time and no loss or injury to workers reported,” Dr Shakti Gupta said and added “I will review the SOPs tomorrow morning along with CPWD and contractor M/S Ahluwalia and submit the report”.
